Terms of Service

These terms govern use of SyndicateClaw and define acceptable use, service boundaries, and legal obligations between users and AI Syndicate (17232063 CANADA INC.).

Customers are responsible for lawful operation of workflows configured in their environments, including policy configuration and role assignment governance.

Service abuse, unauthorized access attempts, and deliberate circumvention of security controls are prohibited and can trigger immediate suspension.

Material updates to terms are versioned and published with effective dates to preserve contractual clarity for all customers.
